Cancellation more than 48 hours before the tour:

• 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
• Full refund via a voucher for rescheduling.

Cancellation due to unforeseen force and major circumstances:

• Full refund, excluding a 30% booking fee.

Cancellation less than 48 hours before the tour:

• No refund.

No-Show up:

• No refund. The Tuk Tuk will wait for up to 30 minutes.

Delay, even with prior notice:

• Will result in a reduction of the tour time to avoid affecting other bookings.
